### 85 Review of operation of Act > > (1)  The Minister is to cause an independent review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken as soon as practicable after 1 July 2010. > > > (2)  The person who undertakes the review is to give the Minister a written report on the outcome of the review. > > > (3)  The Minister is to cause of copy of the report to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 10 sitting-days of that House after the report is received by the Minister. > > > (4)  However, this section does not apply if a committee of either House of Parliament, or a joint committee of both Houses of Parliament, has reviewed the operation of this Act, or has started such a review, before 1 July 2010.
