### 74 Applications for review of decisions
> > (1) [*\[Section 74 Subsection (1) amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 234, Applied:01 Jul 2025\]*](/view/html/inforce/2025-07-01/act-2025-007#GS234@Hpa@EN) [*\[Section 74 Subsection (1) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 100, Applied:01 Jan 2013\]*](/view/html/inforce/2013-01-01/act-2012-002#GS100@EN) A person who is aggrieved by a decision made by the regulator or an authorised officer under this Act may apply to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for a review of that decision.

> > > > (a) is to ensure that it does not, in the reasons for its decision or otherwise, disclose the existence or content of any security-sensitive information; and
> > >
> > > > (b) in order to prevent the disclosure of the existence or content of any security-sensitive information, is to receive evidence and hear argument in the absence of the public, the applicant for review and the applicant's representatives.
