### 60 Offence to obstruct, &c., authorised officers > A person must not – > > > > (a) obstruct or hinder; or > > > > > (b) threaten; or > > > > > (c) attempt to intimidate; or > > > > > (d) attempt to improperly influence – > > an authorised officer, or a person assisting the authorised officer, in the exercise of a power of the authorised officer under this Act. > > Penalty:  In the case of – > > > > (a) a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 200 penalty units; and > > > > > (b) an individual, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
