55 Delegation of regulator's powers to authorised officers
[Section 55 Amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 94, Applied:01 Jan 2013] The regulator may delegate to an authorised officer any of the regulator's powers under this Act except –
(a) the power of appointment or authorisation under section 52 ; or
(b) the power of authorisation under section 65 ; or
(c) this power of delegation.
