51 Powers of regulator
(1) [Section 51 Subsection (1) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 90, Applied:01 Jan 2013] The regulator –
(a) [Section 51 Subsection (1) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 90, Applied:01 Jan 2013] has the powers conferred on the regulator by this Act; and
(b) has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done to exercise those powers.
(2) [Section 51 Subsection (2) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 90, Applied:01 Jan 2013] The regulator –
(a) may exercise all of the powers of an authorised officer; and
(b) when doing so, has all the immunities of an authorised officer.
