34 Permits to be returned if certain events occur

[Section 34 Amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 77, Applied:01 Jan 2013] A person who holds an SSDS permit must return it to the regulator within 7 days, together with any supplementary documents issued in connection with the permit, if –

(a) the permit expires; or

(b) the permit is cancelled under section 31 ; or

(c) the person is issued with an updated permit under section 29(9) or section 30(2)(b) ; or

(d) the person is given a replacement permit under section 33(2)(b) .

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
