30 Amendment of permit particulars

(1)  [Section 30 Subsection (1) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 74, Applied:01 Jan 2013] The holder of an SSDS permit is to notify the regulator of any change in the permit particulars.

(2)  [Section 30 Subsection (2) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 74, Applied:01 Jan 2013] On receiving the notification, the regulator –

(a) is to amend the register as necessary; and

(b) [Section 30 Subsection (2) amended by No. 2 of 2012, s. 74, Applied:01 Jan 2013] may, if the regulator thinks it is warranted, issue the applicant with an updated permit containing the amended particulars.

(3)  In this section –

permit particulars includes such things as business and email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact information but does not include –

(a) the permit conditions; or

(b) the names of responsible workers.
