#### 52A Simplified outline of this Part The Minister may privately declare a critical infrastructure asset to be a system of national significance. The Minister must notify the responsible entity for an asset that is a declared system of national significance of the declaration. If the responsible entity for an asset that is a declared system of national significance ceases to be the responsible entity for the asset, the entity must notify the Secretary. > Note: It is an offence to disclose that an asset has been declared a system of national significance (see section 45).
