#### 35BK Reports to the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security
(1) If the Secretary gives one or more directions under section 35AK or 35AQ, or one or more requests under section 35AX, in relation to an incident, the Secretary must give the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security a written report about the incident.
(2) The report must include a description of each of the directions or requests.
