#### 35BJ Approved staff members of the authorised agency (1) The chief executive of the authorised agency may, in writing, declare that a specified staff member of the authorised agency is an approved staff member of the authorised agency for the purposes of this Act. (2) A declaration under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
