#### 30CT External auditors (1) The Secretary may, by writing, authorise a specified individual to be an external auditor for the purposes of this Act. > Note: For specification by class, see subsection 33(3AB) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) An authorisation under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
