41
A member of staff of the following, but only to the extent to which the staff member, in that capacity, screens persons seeking entry to a hospital or other health facility, and monitors persons’ behaviour at the hospital or other health facility, but is not employed or engaged as a security officer, senior security officer or health and security assistant—
(a) the NSW Health Service,
(b) a public health organisation within the meaning of the Health Services Act 1997,
(c) a public hospital within the meaning of the Health Services Act 1997,
(d) a private health facility within the meaning of the Private Health Facilities Act 2007.
