Persons employed or engaged for the purposes of carrying on RSA supervisory duties, within the meaning of the Liquor Regulation 2018, on licensed premises, within the meaning of the Liquor Act 2007, but only to the extent to which the persons carry on the duties and do not physically restrain or eject persons from, or prevent entry to, the premises.
