Persons employed by an operator who has entered into a passenger service contract with Sydney Metro under the Passenger Transport Act 2014 for the provision of a metro public passenger service, whose duties include observing, watching and guarding, by electronic means, Sydney Metro properties, but only to the extent to which the persons carry on the duties during the persons’ employment.
