Persons engaged in the selling of the equipment, methods, principles or services referred to in the Act, section 4(1)(e) by making telephone calls to seek out persons who may be prepared to enter, as consumers, into contracts for the supply of the equipment, methods, principles or services, but only to the extent to which the persons act in that capacity.
