9 Application for replacement licence—the Act, ss 35(2) and 36(3)
(1) The Commissioner may issue a replacement licence on payment of the application fee of $65 if satisfied that a licence is—
(a) lost, or
(b) stolen, or
(c) destroyed, or
(d) defaced, or
(e) mutilated, or
(f) illegible.
(2) An application for a replacement licence may be made by lodging an application in the approved form with the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate.
