67 Publication of approved training, assessment and instruction—the Act, s 48(2)(b)
(1) A list of persons or organisations approved from time to time by the Commissioner for the Act, section 27A must be published on a website maintained by the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate.
(2) The Commissioner must give written notice to a person or organisation removed from the list of approved persons or organisations as soon as practicable after the person or organisation is removed.
