60 Refund of fees
(1) A fee, other than the processing component of the fee, paid under this part for an application that is withdrawn or refused must be refunded to the applicant.
(2) In this section—
processing component of a fee, in relation to an application for a licence or renewal of a licence, means the component of a fee prescribed by section 56 or 57 specified in Schedule 2, Part 1, table, Column 4 or Part 2, table, Column 4.
