59 Application for amendment of licence
An application to amend the following information relating to a licence, not being an application to vary a licence under the Act, section 27, must be accompanied by a fee of $65—
(a) change of licensee name,
(b) for a master licence—change of close associates,
(c) for a master licence—change of registered business names.
