(1) The prescribed fees for an application for a licence are specified in Schedule 2, Part 1.
(2) If an applicant is required by the Commissioner to confirm the applicant’s identity under the Act, section 18(2)—the prescribed fee for fingerprinting or palm printing for an application for a licence under subsection (1) is $40.
