52 Offences relating to terrorism
For the Act, section 16(1)(a) and (b), the following offences relating to terrorism are prescribed—
(a) an offence under the Crimes Act 1900, Part 6B,
(b) an offence under Part 5.3 or 5.3A of the Criminal Code set out in the schedule to the Criminal Code Act 1995 of the Commonwealth,
(c) an offence committed elsewhere than in New South Wales that, if committed in New South Wales, would be an offence referred to in paragraph (a) or (b).
