50 Offences relating to domestic violence
For the Act, section 16(1)(a) and (b), the following offences relating to domestic violence are prescribed—
(a) a domestic violence offence within the meaning of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007, section 11,
(b) an offence recorded under the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007, section 12 as a domestic violence offence.
