46 Offences relating to industrial relations matters

46 Offences relating to industrial relations matters

(1) For the Act, section 16(1)(a) and (b), an offence under the following is prescribed—

(a) the Industrial Relations Act 1996 or a similar law of another Australian jurisdiction,

(b) the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.

(2) This section only applies for an application for a master licence or for the renewal of a master licence, and only if a total of at least 5 offences specified in subsection (1), whether of the same or a different kind, have been committed by the applicant during a period of 2 years.
