33 Requirement to notify changes relating to close associates

33 Requirement to notify changes relating to close associates

(1) It is a Tier 2 condition of a master licence that the licensee must notify the Commissioner electronically, by post or in another approved way of—

(a) a change in the particulars relating to close associates included in an application under section 22(a)(ii) or 23(d), and

(b) the name, date and place of birth and residential address of a person who later becomes a close associate of the licensee.

(2) The notification must be made within 14 days after the change occurs or the person becomes a close associate.
