This regulation commences as follows—
(a) for Schedule 4—on 5 November 2026,
(b) otherwise—on 1 September 2026.
Note—
This regulation replaces the Security Industry Regulation 2016, which is repealed on 1 September 2026 by the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, section 10(2).
