#### 41 Security recordings 41 Security recordings > > (1) A person who deliberately or recklessly destroys, edits, alters, erases or otherwise interferes with any security recording that relates to any incident involving a licensee performing his or her duties that would likely lead to criminal or disciplinary proceedings against that licensee is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. > > > (2) A person does not commit an offence under this clause if the person destroys, edits, alters, erases or otherwise interferes with a security recording after any criminal or disciplinary proceedings relating to the recording have been finalised. > > > (3) In this clause, security recording means security, surveillance, closed circuit television or digital recording or footage. > > **cl 41:** Am 2022 No 52, Sch 2\[10\].
