37 Licensee not to sell or dispose of licence
37 Licensee not to sell or dispose of licence
A licensee must not—
(a) sell, dispose of, deliver, let out, hire or rent the licence to any other person, or
(b) permit any other person to use the licence.
Maximum penalty—
(a) in the case of a corporation—200 penalty units, or
(b) in the case of an individual—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
