37 Licensee not to sell or dispose of licence
> A licensee must not—
>
> > (a) sell, dispose of, deliver, let out, hire or rent the licence to any other person, or
>
> > (b) permit any other person to use the licence.
>
> Maximum penalty—
>
> > (a) in the case of a corporation—200 penalty units, or
>
> > (b) in the case of an individual—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
