40 Evidentiary provisions
(1) In any proceedings, a document purporting to be a licence is evidence of that fact.
(2) An allegation in a complaint that a person was, or was not, at any date specified in the complaint the holder of a licence is evidence of that fact.
(3) [Section 40 Subsection (3) amended by No. 39 of 2010, s. 37, Applied:01 Jul 2011] A document purporting to be signed by the Director stating that a person named in the document is or is not, or was or was not, at any date specified in the document the holder of a licence is evidence of that fact.
