> > > > (c) the provision of a copy of the notice to each holder of a licence to which the code of conduct relates.

> > (5) A code of conduct is not –

> > > > (a) a statutory rule for the purposes of the [Rules Publication Act 1953](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1953-050) ; or

> > > > (b) subordinate legislation for the purposes of the [Subordinate Legislation Act 1992](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1992-030) .
