35D Infringement notices
[Section 35D of Part 3 Inserted by No. 58 of 2005, s. 31, Applied:01 Jan 2006]
(1) [Section 35D Subsection (1) amended by No. 39 of 2010, s. 32, Applied:01 Jul 2011] The Director, an authorised person or a police officer may serve an infringement notice on a person if the Director, authorised person or police officer is of the opinion that the person has committed an infringement offence.
(2) An infringement notice is not to relate to 4 or more infringement offences.
(3) [Section 35D Subsection (3) inserted by No. 72 of 2007, Sched. 1, Applied:28 Apr 2008] An infringement notice is to be in accordance with section 14 of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Act 2005 .
