> > (1) If a police officer or authorised person reasonably suspects that a person is the holder of a licence, the police officer or authorised officer, verbally or in writing, may require the person to provide his or her name, residential address, date of birth and age.

> > (2) A person must comply with a request made under [subsection (1)](#GS27B@Gs1@EN) .

> > Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.

> > (3) If a police officer who makes a request under [subsection (1)](#GS27B@Gs1@EN) reasonably believes that a person has failed to comply with the request, the police officer may arrest the person without warrant.
