21 Change of address
[Section 21 Amended by No. 39 of 2010, s. 22, Applied:01 Jul 2011] The holder of a licence must notify the Director of any change of address within 30 days after that change.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) a body corporate, 100 penalty units; and
(b) a natural person, 20 penalty units.
