### 18 Death of licensee

> > > > (b) of the name of the person nominated to undertake any activity under the licence.

> > (2) A person nominated under [subsection (1)(b)](#GS18@Gs1@Hpb@EN) must be a person to whom a licence may be issued under this Act.
