### 16 Suspension of licence
> > (1) [*\[Section 16 Subsection (1) amended by No. 39 of 2010, s. 17, Applied:01 Jul 2011\]*](/view/html/inforce/2011-07-01/act-2010-039#GS17@Hpa@EN) The Director, by notice served on the holder of a licence, may suspend the licence for a period not exceeding 90 days if satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so.
