### 15 Cancellation of licence

> > > > (a) [*\[Section 15 Subsection (1) amended by No. 39 of 2010, s. 16, Applied:01 Jul 2011\]*](/view/html/inforce/2011-07-01/act-2010-039#GS16@Hpb@EN) if satisfied that any matter referred to in [section 8(2)](#GS8@Gs2@EN) or [(2B)](#GS8@Gs2B@EN) applies; or

> > > > (b) if satisfied that the holder of the licence –

> > > > > > (i) gave information that is false or misleading; or
> > > > >
> > > > > > (ii) failed to comply with this Act; or

> > > > > > (iii) failed to comply with any condition of the licence; or

> > > > (c) for any other prescribed reason.
