13 Conditions

(1)  [Section 13 Subsection (1) amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 93, Applied:14 Dec 2022] A licence issued by the Director in accordance with section 10 is subject to any condition specified in the licence.

(2)  [Section 13 Subsection (2) amended by No. 29 of 2022, s. 93, Applied:14 Dec 2022] The holder of a licence issued by the Director in accordance with section 10 must comply with a condition of the licence.

Penalty:  In the case of –

(a) a body corporate, 500 penalty units; and

(b) a natural person, 100 penalty units.

(a) add a condition to the licence; or

(b) remove a condition from the licence; or

(c) vary a condition of the licence.
