##### 99A Interpretation In this Part, participating exchange means a securities exchange: (a) in any case—that is, for the purposes of Part IXA, a participating exchange; or (b) if the Exchange is, for the purposes of Part IXA, a participating exchange—that is a local Exchange subsidiary.
