##### 92 Power of Commission to require production of Register (1) The Commission may require a person to whom this Part applies to produce the Register required to be kept pursuant to section 89 for inspection by a person authorized by the Commission at such place within the Territory as the Commission specifies and within such period as the Commission specifies (being, in the case where the Register is kept at a place outside the Territory, a period of not less than 7 days), and the authorized person may make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register. (2) A person to whom this Part applies shall comply with any requirement made of him under subsection (1).
