##### 63 Certain representation prohibited (1) A person who is the holder of a licence shall not represent or imply, or knowlingly permit to be represented or implied, in any manner to a person that the abilities or qualifications of the holder of the licence have in any respect been approved by the Commission. (2) A statement that a person is the holder of a licence is not a contravention of this section.
