25Weight of evidence

##### 25 Weight of evidence In ascertaining the weight (if any) to be attached to evidence of statements admitted under section 24 in any proceedings, regard shall be had to all the circumstances from which an inference can reasonably be drawn as to the accuracy or otherwise of the evidence, including: (a) the recency or otherwise at the time when the examination concerned took place of any relevant matter dealt with at the examination; and (b) the presence and nature, or the absence, of any incentive for the person examined to conceal or misrepresent any relevant matter in his statements.
