134Appeal

##### 134 Appeal (1) A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Commission to grant a licence or by the revocation of a licence under section 60 or by any other act or decision of the Commission may appeal to the Court, which may confirm the refusal, revocation, act or decision or give such directions in the matter as seem proper or otherwise determine the matter. (2) This section does not apply to an act or decision of the Commission: (a) in respect of which a provision in the nature of an appeal or review is expressly provided in this Act; or (b) which is declared by this Act to be conclusive or final or is embodied in a document declared by this Act to be conclusive evidence of an act, matter or thing.
