##### 129 Penalties A person who contravenes section 123, 124, 125, 126, 127 or 128 is guilty of an offence. Penalty: (a) in the case of a person not being a body corporate—$20,000 or imprisonment for 5 years, or both; or (b) in the case of a person being a body corporate—$50,000.
