##### 122PA Interpretation In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears: > claim means a claim under this Division against the Corporation. > dealer means a member of a participating exchange. > securities means marketable securities, or rights to marketable securities, within the meaning of: (a) Division 8 of Part IV of the Companies Act 1981; or (b) provisions of a law of a participating State or participating Territory that correspond with that Division.
