##### 122GE Accounts (1) A participating exchange that is a securities exchange shall, in respect of each financial year at any time during which there is money in a development account kept by the participating exchange, lodge with the Commission, before the prescribed day for that financial year, a statement containing, in relation to payments out of such an account during that year, such information as is prescribed. (2) In this section: > financial year, in relation to a participating exchange, means a period that is, for the purposes of the Companies Act 1981, a financial year of the participating exchange. > prescribed day, in relation to a financial year of a participating exchange, means the day that is 3 months after the end of that financial year.
