##### 122GD Investment (1) Money that is in a development account kept by a participating exchange and is not immediately required for the purposes of making payments as permitted by subsection 122GC(2) may be invested by the participating exchange in a permitted manner. (2) The interest and profits from time to time accruing from the investment of money in a development account shall be paid into the account.
