##### 110 Investment of fund Moneys in a fidelity fund that are not immediately required for its purposes may be invested by the securities exchange in any manner in which trustees are for the time being authorized by law to invest trust funds or on deposit with a corporation in respect of which a declaration made under paragraph 97(7)(b) of the Companies Act 1981 is in force.
