##### 100 Establishment of fidelity fund (1) A securities exchange (other than the Exchange or a participating exchange) shall establish and keep a fidelity fund, which shall be administered by the committee on behalf of the securities exchange. (2) The assets of a fidelity fund of a securities exchange are the property of the securities exchange, but shall be kept separately from all other property and shall be held in trust for the purposes set out in this Part.
