##### 10 Aiding and abetting offences Whoever aids abets counsels or procures or is in any way directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in or privy to: (a) the commission of any offence against this Act; or (b) the commission outside Australia of any act, in relation to the affairs or business or on behalf of a principal residing in Australia, which if committed in Australia would be an offence against this Act; shall be deemed to have committed the offence and be punishable accordingly.
