### 19 Duty to give correct name and address to second-hand dealer or pawnbroker
> A person who sells or supplies goods to a second-hand dealer or pawnbroker in the course of business and who fails to give his or her correct name and address to the second-hand dealer or pawnbroker is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
