16 Offences (1) A person must not knowingly or recklessly make a false or misleading statement in or in connection with an application, statement or notice under this Part. (2) An applicant for registration must not submit false evidence of identity. S. 17 repealed by No. 44/1997 s. 38, new s. 17 inserted by No. 93/2001 s. 27.
